INSERT cursors -- report

Thanks to Peter, Art, Jonathan, and Gary for their insights into the elusive Insert cursor. I enabled WHENEVER ERROR STOP, ran the program, and found no problems. I added errortrapping to all SQL, (oops . . . I forgot a few), reset my program to WHENEVER ERROR CONTINUE (the errortrapping would flag any errors to my program output log), and reran the program. Still no problems. I'm thinking that my counts somehow got messed up. No other explanation makes sense at this time.
