You have to modify your termcap entry for vt100 terminal
and define the char sequences for your function keys
(k0-k9, kA-kZ).
You can get the function keys char sequence either in documentation
or by pressing them at the shell prompt (or in an editor in insert mode).
Of course you can get the codes from terminfo, but I have doubts they are the
same.
