Using purify in threaded esql app development.

Hi, I wonder if anyone out there is using esql for threaded apps, and running purify to check for memory leaks? I'm using Solaris2.6/esql9.30.UC1/purify4.5.1, and specifying -thread as a switch to esql, having set THREADLIB to SOL. I get leaks (MLK & PLK) reported from simple things like: EXEC SQL connect to <db_name> as <conn_name> and calls to ifx_getcur_conn_name() and the purify traceback mentions routines like get_thread_context. And the leak and its precise location vary from run to run... Is esql derived code thread-safe, or are there other things I should do to protect the database interface? Many thanks, Andy.
