Informix, ADO and BLOB data

Hi all, I'm trying to insert records in a table that contains BLOB data. I've used various methods. All of these methods work against a MS-SQL 7 database but when using the informix OLE-DB provider i get error messages. These messages come from the OLE-DB lib. Everything works OK until i try to do BLOB data. I've tried to contact the support department but it looks if they don't know anything about their own OLE-DB provider. Anybody with hints/tips/clues? BTW, our server is a 7.3 on NT. cheers, Anco.

Provider shipped with CSDK 2.30 had a problem passing old-style blobs as statement parameters. This is fixed in the next version.
