hello i have a suse6.4 box. php is compiled without the informix-feature. I installed the informix CSDK-informix on the suse-box. Now I will rebuild the php-core. The configure runs ok. The make stops: functions/ifx.ec:3631:parse error (#if IFX_VERSION < 724; line-command: gcc ... ifx.c -o ifx.o) what is wrong? thomas

Try upgrading to PHP 4.0.1 and CSDK 2.40. I was successfully able to compile that on a RedHat 6.1 system. And Apache 1.3.12, although that shouldn't matter.
