I hope someone can help me with this. I'm running Dynamic Server 2000 I ran ONBAR -l which backed up my first logical log file and then I typed in the command again and it backed up the 2nd logical log file. Now when I try to back up the third one I get this in my BAR_SERVER_NAME.log: Begin backup logical log 3. 2000-05-09 13:57:52 127 127 Successfully connected to Storage Manager. 2000-05-09 13:57:55 127 127 SQL -275 No INSERT permission. 2000-05-09 13:58:00 127 127 SQL -275 No INSERT permission. 2000-05-09 13:58:00 127 127 C:\\PROGRA~1\\informix\\bin\\onbar_d complete, returning 148 (0x94) Can someone please help me with figuring this one out? Where would I grant the necessary permissions? Thanks all for your help! Chris Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.
Try checking the permissions on the bar_##### tables in the sysutils
database. One of those (bar_objects, I think) stores instances of every
object, log or dbspace, backed up by onbar.
