Re: Informix on Linux

Additionally: Tony has mentioned to me in email that the difficulty to port to the 7.x product is more difficult than the 5.x product. Is there a strong enough demand for the 7.x product on Linux? This is the time to let Tony know that you really want 7.x on Linux. I for one want the 7.x products on Linux. Personally, I have no real use for 5.x, as my other Informix worlds are 7.x, so I'd find 5.x unattractive, and would not use it. Thanks!
