RE: Has anyone used CORBA & Informix?

Perhaps you should take a look at the DYNASTY Development Environment.(www.dynasty.com) Simply put, its a tool that allows you to develop 3-tier (n-tier) client-server applications. It supports many different communications targets including CORBA. and Many different databases including Informix - 5x and 7x. Once an application is developed it can be partitioned into clients and servers, targeted to run on any Operating system and against most databases using any medium for communications ( TCP/IP, CORBA, MTS, TUXEDO, IMC ). If you have any questions, I'll be happy to help you out.
