7.31 to 9.x

Hi list I have few questions, let me explain the enviroment - Situation: Presently the client has IFX 7.31 on Sun solaris 5.6 as a production server. IFX 7.31 on Sun solaris 5.6 as replicated server (ER) A development server with IFX 7.31, Sun solaris 5.6 standalone Requirements: Upgrade to Sun 2.7 (64bit version?) IFX 9.x (whatever appropriate version) Use Veritas volume manager. Is Sun solaris 2.7 is 64 bit version only? if yes what one should do while upgrading from 7.x to 9.x ? What are problems / precautions in doing conversion from 7.31 to 9.x from a 32 bit to 32 bit and 32 bit to 64 bit for Informix engine and form I4gl point of view too? secondly which Informix version Veritas support for volume manager?
