Informix upgrade 7.23 to 7.24 (second attempt, assert failures) Need

Sun 2.6 Informix 7.23 A week or two ago I tried this upgrade a server without success. = Basically the same outcome this week, finishing with a restore back to = 7.23. Last night around 10pm I upgraded the server and everything seems to = upgrade fine. I have a user test as much as possible to ensure that = things are working. User's come in and start connecting to the database = the next morning. After awhile I get assert failures one after another. I have successfully upgraded around 8 other servers in test and = production prior to this one and the last one that I did is identical in = server, os version, database version, application. The only difference = in the last one I did and this one is the last one has 2gig of memory = where this one has 1gig. Memory does not seem to be an issue.=20 Server is showing no load when the asserts accurse. We are going to be upgrading our servers and os 2.6 to 8. I need to get = to at least 7.24 so that I can get to the latest Informix release and = os. I sure could use some help from you Informix gurus and sure would = appreciate it. We are on the cusp of signing a new Informix contract that is worth more = than the gross national product.
