410 in the "open" of the "cursor".

-410 Prepare statement failed or was not executed.
No idea until we see your code. Apparently, your statement failed to
prepare the 'EXECUTE PROCEDURE' statement, but you did not heed the
error. There may be other reasons, too. Which version of I4GL are you
using? On which platform? And especially, exactly what syntax are you
using?

Hi,
Heres some sample code for a stored proc called "split_term"
main
define strTerm char(10)
define intTermY integer
define intTermM integer
define PolNum integer
define strSQL char(200)
let polNum = 3242068
let strSQL = "Execute procedure split_term(?)"
prepare p_proc from strsql
declare c_proc cursor for p_proc
open c_proc using polNum
foreach c_proc into strTerm, intTermY, intTermM
end foreach
display "Term in Years", intTermY
display "Term Months", intTermM
