TEMP dbspaces

Hi I have peculiar problem with temp dbspaces on IDS 7.22 UC1 and HP-UX 10.2. We defined tempdbs1,tempdbs2 as TEMPDBSPACES and 50000 pages for each dbspace. This system was configured two years back and using for development. This IDS server never be shutdown until necessary. When I looked today 2129 and 2161 pages are free in TEMPDBSPACES respectively. Now I want to delete everything from these dbspaces. I tried to drop these dbspaces and system not allowed to drop these dbspaces. This has not worked for me as I face the same problem. My oncheck is almst the same as this and this is after a reboot. regards Bridget - please let me know if you get any more info on this.
