At minimum, we'd need to know what the application is, what the server and client platforms are, what the server and client versions are (referring to the Informix software versions), etc, and an explanation of what was happening at the point when things went wrong. If the application was not written by you, you should go to the supplier. Given the weird Informix and ISAM error numbers, I don't trust the SQLCA error at all, so reporting to you that the error number 10758 is unknown doesn't help much. The other numbers don't make any better sense when viewed as hexadecimal or when treated as hexadecimal.
