Probably in $INFORMIXDIR/release/*/*/ONLINE_7.2. Basically it requires some kernel tuning. Ask your system administrator to increase the kernel AIO parameters in the kernel. The message is basically a warning, and the IO is retried, so is not fatal. However, fixing the resource problem can only help performance.
