If ClientSDK is installed, you do not need I-Connect. Note: The actual ClientSDK/I-Connect Version is 2.40.UC1. regards Markus

It seems like I solved the problem: I only have to force the installation. Here is the instruction: rpm -iv --relocate /opt/informix/=$INFORMIXDIR --nodeps --force *.rpm Let me know what you think about it. Ciao -Gabriele
