Do any of you have any nifty little procedures or sql
programs that will
tell you how much disk space you actually have in use for a
particular
database?
The problem I am experiencing is I have a java developer
that tried to
create an index on one of the tables on our demo/test
server. When he
submitted this, it came back with an error which he claimed
was concerning
out of disk space error. As soon as I get a chance to break
free from my
planning to migrate to IDS2000 that I am in the middle of, I
was going to
sit down with him and try to get more info then the sketchy
details he
gave me.
So if you happen to have anything that looks at data in
sysmaster/sysutil
concerning space and any other metrics that might be useful
in finding the
real problem, please do send it this way. Thanks.
