SPL management

Pholks, One of the tasks slated for my current project is to write an SPL manager. i.e. a tool which lists existing SPLs, their documentation, allows you to 'modify' them, delete them, invoke them and I don't know what else. Obviously this would be a fun tool for anyone in this group, and I will make it available after the fact (scheduled to be completed 10/1).
