I do not know the history for your case. But fact is, that the partition
page will be converted when upgrading from 7.31 to 9.x. Actually this might
be more a cosmetic problem since normal operation might not affected.
However, to fix this difference between systables record and partition page
you could do an 'alter table <table> modify next size <size in kB>'.
The value for next size should be different from the noticed values in
output of 'oncheck -cc'.
Probably you could consider the size of the table, existing extents for
this table and expected growth when choosing nextsize.
This might also work for your tables systabauth and sysdepend.
Example:
Error message is 'informix.systabauth nextsize 664 != tblspace.nxtsize 64'
Neccessary sql statement might be 'alter table 'systabauth' modify next
size 256;'
oncheck -cc might not report this error again
