Hello, I've a problem with Jdbc driver released with Foundation2000 for extending the database capabilities with java procedure, (I think about krakatoa libraries), my java function (imported into database) connects to DB for performing a simple selelect, it retrieves values with getString(num_of_column), if the value is null the Database Servers falls down. Why? Nb. I've with Foundation 2000 on NT and Unix. Thanks for your help, Alessandro
Hello Alessandro, I had a problem with IDS 7.30 (Hp-UX) with JDBC (1.5) where the database would crash for an update statement where one of the columns was a decimal type with no precision defined - only a default.
