If you want a easy way to restar the job after a crash, long crahs, in few minutes use HDR (see chapter 29 & 30 from Administrator's Guide). The HDR don't spend too much resources if you have and acurate performance environment and a high speed net. *** Be careful with the IDS version, I know that in 7.31.UC6 the replication have a GREAT BUG.
