Logical Logs

Hello List, I have ten logcal log under IDS 7.30 and when I take backup through ontape -a and when I see the status of logical logs using onstat -lthe percentage used does not change however I get a backup flage B additional. But Is it not that the %used should become Zero ? Any brigt ideas...?
