Steve, Not having seen the article in question, I really have no idea what it says about the future of Wingz. As I am not an official spokesperson for Informix, I can't really comment on the future directions of Informix nor of our plans for the product. That being said, I have heard several "rumours" that say that Informix plans to drop the product. While I don't sit in on the product planning discussions, I don't really think we're ready to kill the product, since version 2.0 is nearing release. Having said that, just what did the article say, and what conclusions did it reach?
