Hi,
Is it possible to execute ontape command using crontab? What exactly my
doubt is: ontape needs user interaction to mount the tape, can we do it
without the user interaction? Can we redirect the input?

Hi,
yes you can do this for example with expect . We have here an
expect script wich does somthing similar.
