It most certainly does. Your problem seems to have nothing to do with
memory problems, but rather a lock is preventing the fetch from
succeeding. I'm not sure why the -264 is cropping up. What is the full
select statement?

No, you would get an 'out of memory' error. If you want it in memory, we
will put it in memory or nowhere.
