For a definition on what a Fix Pack is please see: http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=0&context=SSGU5D&context=SSGU8G&context=SSGKNY&context=SSGU5Y&context=SSCRW7&context=SSGHZP&context=SSVT2J&context=SSHPYE&q1=fixlist&uid=swg27009801&loc=en_CA&cs=utf-8&lang= As you'll see Fix Pack releases are versioned with a trailing 'W' (for example, 10.00.xC6W4) or with a trailing 'X' (for example, 10.00.xC5X7). I don't see that at the links you've provided.
