Whatever you called your ONCONFIG file.

Check the BUFFERS parameter in the ONCONFIG file and bounce the server.
What to set it to? Ideally large enough to hold every row you will ever
need to see in memory at the same time. Practically BIG. Informix
recommends for a server that has to share its host with other apps use
20-25% of memory for BUFFERS, in your case that would be 125000 under
UNIX or 62500 under NT. If the host is dedicated to Informix ONLY tune
the OS to minimize system buffer cache usage and go for 50% of memory or
more!
