D4gl HTML Client

Hi I'm setting up D4gl HTML Client an D4gl HTML Server on a NT. I'm trying to get the phonebook demo running but all I get is 'Thank you. have a nice day'. I've done the debugging procedures and everything seems fine. I'm gussing that the html server cannot find or run the main.42r. The documentation does not say where to put the 'phonebook.conf' file so my problem may be there. Anybody experience similar problems? Anybody have any ideas?
