If you have a version of ESQL/C from 5.00 through 9.21, you can use DBD::Informix. You may run into some testing problems if you have an 8.x version -- XPS does not have either blobs or stored procedures in the 8.0x and 8.1x versions. is there a module for informix 7.24.UC6? the one I saw on CPAN was for universal server, can I get away with that on IDS 7.24?
