I would not be running 9.30.UC2 - upgrade.
I presume you have SHMVIRTSIZE 800Mb and SHMADD 1Gb. There is a total 2.6Gb shared memory.
There is plenty free now, but you need to find what requires that large amount of shared memory. When it runs out your system will want to add another 1Gb of shared memory, which it cannot.
You need to determine if your application or engine has a memory leak - or do you have sufficient users to consume this large amount of shared memory.
I would configure SMHADD much smaller and possibly SHMVIRTSIZE larger, if it is necessary.
