tracing of SQL-Statements

I am looking for a way to trace really each SQL statement
an application sends to the database server.
Because the source code of the application cannot be changed I have to use
means of the DBMS.
onstat -g sql sid -r seconds > file records sql statements. The minimum interval is 1 secondso if there are sql statements in between they will not be recorded.
Other way: Using auditing shows the point in time of an event, the event category and some
other useful informations but it does not show the exact sql statements.
Can anybody give me a hint if there is a more useful tool?
TIA
Reinhard
Informix have a tool that can be used for this purpose, I-SPY. Its
principal use is for data warehousing applications, and couldn't really be
used in "live" because of its performance overhead, but properly targetted
it could be useful.

Do you know how do purchase the tool. I found a manual at informix web site but no offer to download it. Regards, Reinhard
Contact your Informix account manager. You should be able to get it on evaluation.
