engine blocked for Long TX

IDS 9.21 (I know - upgrade) HP-UX 11 The engine was blocked for long transaction, and was rebooted by a sysadmin. Now the engine shows blocked for Long Transaction, but I cant see the long transaction and cant seem to get the engine unblocked. I have entered a request to Informix Tech Support but I dont know how long it will take them to respond. Any Ideas would be extremely helpful as I now have a down system that is supposed to be 24X7. thanks. Well what is the output from onstat -m? and onstat -l? Does the output from onstat -l change? If you have lots of small logical logs you should be able to see the flags change on them as they get applied. What does onstat -x give?
