SE and IDS live on same server?

Can Informix SE 7.2x and Informix Dynamic Server live on the same Linux box. And how portable are 4gl apps from SE to IDS? We are a heavy SE shop from the 4.10 days and are looking to migrate. Thx

Hi! Similar question was posted a few weeks ago. People suggested different directories for IDS and SE. I have applications running against IDS on my system and on SE at my customer's sites. No problems. The only thing you do not have in IDS are audit files - if you ever relied on them.
