Seriously, it's a silly question because, particularly with regard to the import it's a function of the complexity of the data structure and especially the number of indexes you have. Thanks for all of the replys. Just wanted to get a general idea - for all I know it could take 30-40mins, or days. In the end it turned out to take 1hour per 500mb to dbexport, it's currently dbimporting..
