Designed and implemented an upgrade of a multi-site, multi- user computer system that enhanced the efficiency and increased flexibility of terminals, laser/dot matrix printers and other peripherals. Designed, configured, constructed and implemented a comprehensive statistical and accounting system. Performed hardware maintenance on numerous computers, PCs, printers, modems, faxes, communications equipment and video equipment.
