If your users can learn to alternate requests between the two instances,
you should be okay. :-) Otherwise, I'd say there will be a LOT of
contention. It does depend on how busy each instance is though.
If you can use affinity with CPU 0, then you could use both CPUs.
However, using CPU 0 is rarely a good idea. I would switch off affinity
altogether on both instances.
