Yes, but I'm interested in 9.12.

The advantages for me of ON-Archive appear to be parallelization,
built-in compression, and backup of selected db spaces. Since I'll be
logging smart blobs -- but would prefer to back them up less frequently
than non-blob data is backed up -- these features could be useful.

I plan to back up to disk and then have the system tape backups
pick up the DB backup file.
