New version of utils_ak

There is a major up update to my original submission package, utils_ak, with a bug fix, some localisms removed, a version of dbsavail.sh for 64bit servers, new features in aspace and inclusion of the missing aspace database reporting script, printchunks. This package includes: aspace - a wrapper for onspaces that prevents multiple instances on a single machine from using overlapping chunks or for a single instance using links to use separate links to the same file/device. printchunks - report tool to format and print the aspace database file sorted by instance. dbsavail.ec - reports total and free space by dbspace sorted by free space. dbsavail.sh - a ksh/perl script alternative to dbsavail.ec that parses the output of onstat/tbstat. dbstruct.ec - print out C, ESQL/C, or structure FORTRAn structures corresponding to a database's or table's schema. defragtable.ec - Reorg a table by creating a new table large enough to hold all of the original table's used pages, copy data, reindex, rename tables, optionally drop the original table. Option to allow for growth in the new table.
