What does PID in onstat -g ses (or in syssessions) represent when connection is
network or ODBC connection?
If I use that PID in "ps " command I can't find any process with that PID.

It's the process id (PID) of the client process on the client side not the
server side (years ago, in OL4/5 onstat -u showed the pid of the sqlturbo on
the server side, now that's the session id - just some historical trivia).
