Dear Alexander, Please take a look at http://www.binevolve.com/ . We have two products that allow http server programming via perl and tcl (the Velocity Engine for Perl / Tcl). They are NSAPI based and offer very high performance. Database connectivity is one of the important features of these products. One of our clients has been using these products to connect both Illustra and IUS to the web with great results. They had initially attempted to use the web datablade and subsequently cgi, but found our products to offer much higher performance and much greater ease of programming. Please contact me at tdarugar@binevolve.com or info@binevolve.com if you would like more information or references.
