As one or two other people pointed out, this problem appears to be
a blob problem - the error message certainly implies as much. However,
as Tolga says, it is more typically an install order problem. Did
you install either ISQL or I4GL after you installed IDS? If so, that
is your problem - reinstall IDS.
In my canon of known problems, this one ranks as one of the more
confusing -- it typically has nothing whatsoever to do with blobs.
