RE: HELP- error 854
Hi Jim!
As you mentioned you only installed I-SQL 4.10, but WHAT ABOUT
THE ENGINE?, It is of my understanding that those OLD version of
INFORMIX for DOS came with SE 4.10 which was the ENGINE,
running in protecting mode, and you needed to start it with a command
like PSTARTSQ ( or similar I can not remember the name of it ).
Anyway looking at your AUTOEXEC.BAT file, I can see you are dealing
with JAVA, Do you want to connect JAVA with INFORMIX?, IF so,
(And in the case you also *trashed* SE 4.10) please download a copy of INFORMIX for Windows, Would not it be a much easier solution?,
