For any job thats advertised in this news group you normally wouldn't be able to work in any country unless you are legal. As the possible ways of being legal in the US are large I wouldn't want to list them all. My policy has been to assume this and only comment about it when the company would provide help in becoming legal but its easy enough to add a statement that requests US paperwork. I will try and remember to do that in future.
