Puzzling ODBC Error ...

Hello there, I have SE 7.23.FC1 sitting on DEC ALPHA server (DEC UNIX 4.0). I am trying to attach tables from my Informix databse thru MS-Access 2.0 on my PC (win 95). I have I-NET 5.01.WJ2 installed and configured correctly on the PC and I am using the Intersolv 2.52 Informix 5 ODBC driver. In Access, when I try to attach the Informix table, I am able to see a list of all tables existing in the Informix database, but when I attach to any table, I always end up getting the foll. errors: 1. "ODBC Call failed" followed by 2. [Intersolv][ODBC Informix Driver][Informix] Corresponding column types must be compatible for each UNION statement (error # -308) This situation is quite puzzling. I do not see why I should be getting this error, as I do not have any UNION of SELECT statments. If anybody could shed some light on this one, I'd be most grateful. TIA, Sandeep Soneja
