IBM offers both computer-based training for IDS and classroom training. Information on CBT training can be found at: http://www-306.ibm.com/services/learning/ites.wss/us/en?pageType=page&contentID= a0000439. I recommend the IBM IDS System Administration Bundle (S251-1606-00) and the classroom course: Managing and Optimizing IBM Informix Dynamic Server Databases. Will you now be responsible for managing an Informix installation as well as Oracle?
