Maximum Instance

Is there a limit on number of DB Instance Online? Is there a connection w/ my memory? I cannot make all of my DB Instance to online state. Is there a solution on changing a configuration for an instance?

Probably not enough memory and/or semaphores and/or shared memory pointer structures allocated in the kernel. Why do you have many many instances? This is not Orable, you know, you CAN have as many databases in a single instance as you require.
