This "60 minutes" timezone factor depends on the timezone you are in. As a general rule, standard unload time is set at GMT. If you are ahead of GMtthen the unload is quicker, if you are behind GMt the unload is slower. So if you are on the east coast of the US your unload will be 1 hour different from those in central US time, but always slower than thise in Europe. The aussies win every time....
