IDS compression estimator
Has anyone gotten this to work properly? I downloaded it and installed it .. when I attempt to connect to the database I get a "file allocation error, iclit09 not found." Tried this on a couple of different PC's. Using SDK 3.5 and 2.7, database server P5 running AIX 6.1. IDS 11.50.fc3 Thanks for any assistance. It seems informix ODBC driver is not in place. Using ODBC data source administrator ensure that "IBM Informix ODBC driver" is installed correctly. Did you install both CSDK and Compression estimator on Windows ? I will reinstall the ODBC drivers ... They are there and are working, but maybe something is missing .... Cchek your PATH and INFORMIXDIR environment variables. Regards.
