Which sent me looking for undocumented SQL functions in 5.00. I didn't find any equivalents to Oracle's TO_CHAR and TO_NUMBER functions as I had hoped, but I did find that: SELECT ACOS(col1), ASIN(col1), ATAN(col1), ATAN2(col1,col2), COS(col1), LOG10(col1), LOGN(col1), SIN(col1), SQRT(col1), TAN(col1) FROM foo; works very nicely thank you! Can't see much use for them myself (except maybe sqrt()), but I thought that someone might find it useful to know! graeme -- Disclaimer: The author's opinions are his own, and not necessarily those of Pyramid Technology Ltd. or Pyramid Technology Inc. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- -m------- Graeme Sargent Voice: +44 (0)252 373035 ---mmm----- Senior Database Consultant Fax : +44 (0)252 373135 -----mmmmm--- Pyramid Technology Ltd.
