Actually, dostats is in ESQL/C, the package itself is a shell archive. If
you do not have the facility to run a UNIX-like shell (there are several
good ones for Windoze) and unpack it, send me a private message with a good
return address and I'll send you a ZIP file or something more helpful.
FYI, for newer servers (see the package notes and the link below) dostats
implements John Miller III's recommendations in this white paper:

For older server versions dostats implements the protocols described in the
Informix Performance Guide.
Dostats is part of the package utils2_ak.
Dostats also provides many options for managing your stats across large and
multiple databases. The utils2_ak package also provides the drive_dostats
script (OK that won't work for you) that lets you run multiple copies of
dostats in parallel.
