I currently using Informix Dynamic Server 7 with SCO 5.02, 5.04 and DEC Unix 4.0. I did not have any of these problems, but the online install notes tell you exactly what parameters need to be set. There was also something about informix as a group must be above either 100 or 200, I can't recall - mine is at 201/201.
